  I usually work to catch people doing something right or extraordinary but, today I have a strong suggestion. Help those workers at Papa John's store #1250 (Effingham, IL) learn good customer service (and improve online ordering) so no one else is stuck with a pizza having set under a heat lamp for two and a half hours. With an online account, a phone number, email, and/ or text, a contact would have made all the difference. Seems their only concern was they had received their money, who cares if the customer received the product or not. Sad but encourages me to spend my money at the organic farm to table local restaurant in the future.
