  Arrived when they said they would. Had the problem fixed in a short time. Very prompt. Very professional. Very good rates. I'm extremely satisfied with Jansen's. Would happily recommend them to anyone! !

  I called Jansens to look at my hot water heat as it was not heating properly. The guy who came said 4 of my valves in the baseboards were air locked and corroded, and he couldn't get them to bleed out. He quoted me a charge of $79.00 for each valve replaced plus labor so looking at about $430.00 depending on labor. I called around and found another well known business that quoted me $26.00 per valve. A guy from one company came and looked at them and within 10 minuted bled out 2 of the valves the Jansens tech said he couldn't open. And he didn't charge me at all. These valves are $9.99 at Menards. My husband ended up replacing them as the last guy that came was honest with me and said he thought he could. So that's why I review them so low. I think it was dishonest to charge me $79 for something I can get for $10. I'm glad I did my research. The heat has been working fine ever since.
